The predicted salary is between 32914 - 32914 £ per year.

Salary: £16.23 per hour (£32,914.44 gross per annum) after a qualifying period of 6 months. During the 8–10‑week training you will be paid £12.71 per hour. Following training and completion of the probationary period (6 months) you will earn £15.11 per hour and subsequently £16.23 per hour.

• 39 hours per week contract as a qualified Bus Driver.

• Shift pattern: 5 days out of 7, including Early, Middle and Late shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

• Based at our Hastings depot, Beaufort Road, Silverhill, Hastings, East Sussex, TN37 6PL.

Responsibilities

  • Complete industry‑leading training and secure your PCV licence.
  • Participate in the Passenger Transport Driver Level 2 Apprenticeship Scheme and receive ongoing CPC training and professional development.
  • Drive our fleet of buses safely, smoothly and with confidence.
  • Ensure each customer enjoys a safe and pleasant journey.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, assisting people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Create a welcoming environment for all passengers, especially those who rely on us most.
  • Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Patient, safe and courteous driving style.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the team.
