Responsibilities
- Complete industry‑leading training and secure a PCV licence, then continue CPC training and professional development as part of the Level 2 apprenticeship.
- Drive the fleet safely and confidently.
- Ensure every customer has a great journey.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting people of all ages and backgrounds.
- Create a welcoming environment, especially for those who rely on us most.
- Work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Be 18 years old or older.
- Hold a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK (resident for a minimum of 183 days and ordinarily resident in the UK, Islands or overseas territories for the last 3 years, or meet alternative criteria).
- Patient, safe and courteous approach.
- Positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
- Ability to be a friendly, welcoming presence on the bus.
