Role Overview: Senior underwriter for DUAL's Bloodstock and Equine insurance portfolio. Works with Lloyd’s Brokers, direct clients, insurers, and cover holders worldwide. Quoting accounts and administering policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Quote accounts for all classes of Equine and Bloodstock business.
- Administer ongoing policies and maintain policy documentation.
- Provide training and development to team members on market trends, case law, and legislation.
- Issue articles and updates on Bloodstock and Equine Insurance.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners, policy holders, and service providers to drive performance.
- Ensure client service meets the highest technical standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Significant experience in the insurance industry, including policy work, accounts, claims, underwriting/broking, and direct client liaison.
- Strong product awareness of underwriting specific class(es) assigned.
- Methodical and efficient work style.
