What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate site training requirements and maintain the training matrix.
  • Arrange internal and external training courses and manage training records.
  • Support the EHSS team with document control and compliance administration.
  • Raise purchase orders, track expenditure, and manage payments through SAP.
  • Assist with site security, visitor management, access control, and inductions.
  • Coordinate occupational health appointments and employee medicals.
  • Support the administration of the Management of Change process.
  • Organise meeting rooms, catering, and general site administration.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the leadership team and wider site.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
  • A confident communicator who can work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiar with SAP or similar business systems.
  • Experienced within a manufacturing, production, or logistics environment.
  • Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently.
  • Interested in developing a career within Health & Safety and site compliance.
  • Health & Safety awareness is desirable, but full support and development will be provided for the right candidate.
