Due to internal promotions and company growth we now require 2 x BDE – Basic 28-35k + 5k Individual + 5k team or SALARY PLUS GUARNATEE Company- An ethical friendly family business with over 30 years trading and is the regions market-leader. There exciting product offering improves fire safety on building sites or temporary structures. The superior nature of their product means they had a successful 2024 and the plan is to double the size of the company in the next two years. They are looking for self-motivated telephone sales professionals to start by working with the sales director. Then as you learn the business grow and develop with the company. Excellent career prospects for an individual with a can-do attitude. The Role – They are looking for hard-working Business Development Executives to help them achieve their ambitious growth patterns. Initially the role is to make appointments for the sales director. As time goes by the expectation is to increase the size of the telephone team and over time your role will change into account management or even leadership. The company value their people and there is virtually no staff turnover. There large offices are based on border of Ringwood/Wimborne and initially you will be in the office Monday to Friday on a standard working pattern.
