Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term
Duties:
- General practice surveyor required to support the wider property services team.
- Main areas of work will include: asset valuations, community asset transfer applications, community buildings review and general estate management of the clients portfolio.
- Provide valuation, estates management and surveying advice to all departments and promote the corporate use of the property assets across the Council.
- Advise on lower level property issues and contribute to projects at an appropriate level.
- Provide support to projects for the negotiation of the acquisition and disposal of all types of land and property assets and interests.
- Assist in undertaking statutory valuations subject to the sign off and approval by an MRICS and Registered Status Valuer to support the Councils accountancy functions.
