Location: Rotherham

Hybrid: Yes 3 days on site, 2 days WFH

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: £450 per day paid weekly via umbrella inside IR35

Duration: Ongoing Contract Long Term

Duties:

  • General practice surveyor required to support the wider property services team.
  • Main areas of work will include: asset valuations, community asset transfer applications, community buildings review and general estate management of the clients portfolio.
  • Provide valuation, estates management and surveying advice to all departments and promote the corporate use of the property assets across the Council.
  • Advise on lower level property issues and contribute to projects at an appropriate level.
  • Provide support to projects for the negotiation of the acquisition and disposal of all types of land and property assets and interests.
  • Assist in undertaking statutory valuations subject to the sign off and approval by an MRICS and Registered Status Valuer to support the Councils accountancy functions.
