Hybrid: Yes 3 days per week in office
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Pay: £35.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duties
The client manages over 3,000 council houses and flats, some of which are dedicated to older persons and some as temporary accommodation.
The Property Services team is currently responding to a surge in demand from various sources, not least of which is the need to record the individual condition of all of its HRA properties.
We are looking for experienced stock condition surveyors to join our Property Services team with good building surveying knowledge, HHSRS qualification and relevant experience.
Candidates must be enthusiastic, conscientious and competent in the use of digital technology which is utilised in the efficient delivery and recording of survey findings.
