We are currently looking for RepairsOfficer. You will be working in Kings Cross.This role is full time office based.

Job Purpose
Assist with the progression and completion of day-to-day responsive repairs for our residents. Action these repairs with urgency to ensure things get fixed quickly and well. Be meticulous when reviewing and accepting quotes. Check if the costs from contractors are reasonable. Confirm that the repair work done matches what was supposed to be done before paying for it. Be proactive doing what you can to prevent these repairs from getting stuck, ensuring each repair is finished quickly and well. Keep both internal and external customers informed about what youre doing and when it will get done. Answer questions whether online or in person ensuring that you record everything on Workwise. Ensure that our residents have a good experience with their repairs. Understand what customers and colleagues need for repairs and do your best to deliver that.
