We are looking for an experienced Pensions Officer to lead and deliver a high-quality public sector pensions administration service. This role has a strong focus on Teachers' and NHS Pension Schemes and requires proven LGPS experience.
Purpose of the Job
You will provide specialist technical advice, manage statutory reporting, resolve complex pensionable service issues, and ensure full compliance with relevant legislation and scheme regulations. Working closely with HR, payroll, schools and scheme members, you will deliver an accurate, customer-focused service and act as a key point of contact for pension-related queries.
Person Specification
- Significant experience in public sector pensions administration, including LGPS
- Strong technical knowledge of Teachers' and/or NHS Pension Schemes
- Experience with auto-enrolment, statutory reporting and monthly data submissions
