An established passenger transport operator in Scotland is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and strengthen its operational activities during an important phase of development and restructuring.<\/span>
<\/p>

This is a senior leadership role suited to a hands -on operator with strong experience in the coach, bus, or wider passenger transport sector, capable of driving operational performance, improving processes, and supporting long -term growth.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>

• Oversee daily transport operations across fleet, drivers, maintenance coordination, and scheduling<\/span>

• Improve operational efficiency and implement cost -control measures<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead operational restructuring and process improvements where required<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and industry standards<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support recruitment, performance management, and development of operational teams<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, local authorities, and commercial partners<\/span>
