We are seeking a dedicated and skilled experienced self employed Hard Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of all aspects of Hard Landscaping. This role involves various tasks related to Hard Landscaping, including but not limited to installation of driveways, patios, fencing, artificial grass, turfing, and brickwork. The Landscaper will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients are happy and the work is carried out to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a plan to carry out the installations of various Hard Landscaping projects to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with the customer and other team members.
  • Conduct duties such as keeping the working area clean and tidy.
  • Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
  • Maintain equipment in good working order, demonstrating mechanical knowledge when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hard landscaping or a related field is essential.
  • Familiarity with installation of driveways, patios, fences, turf, artificial grass, and brickwork is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using associated tools and power tools safely is required.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential traits for success in this role.
