A highly regarded independent firm is looking to appoint a Rural Surveyor to join their established team. This is a genuine growth role, offering the opportunity to develop your own client base while working closely with the experienced Partners. This position will suit someone looking for more autonomy, clearer progression, and the chance to build something of their own within a very well respected rural practice. The team is open to those who are already MRICS or an ambitious AssocRICS surveyor currently working towards Chartership, who is ready to take that next step.

The Role:

  • Rural valuations (lending, probate, tax)
  • Landlord & tenant matters
  • Rural planning & diversification projects
  • Stewardship schemes (SFI / Countryside Stewardship)
  • Utilities, telecoms & compensation work
  • General professional advice to rural clients
  • Opportunity to develop new business streams and client relationships

About You:

  • MRICS qualified or AssocRICS currently working towards Chartership
  • Experience within rural surveying (valuations / landlord & tenant / estate management)
  • Commercially minded with strong client skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your career
