Are you a production engineering leader who gets as much satisfaction from developing people as solving technical problems?
We are recruiting for a British aerospace and defence engineering business looking for an Production Engineering Team Leader to lead a team of 10 project engineering staff supporting the manufacture of highly specialised, safety-critical aerospace products.
This is a role about people and resources. You'll develop and get the best from your engineering team, while making sure they have the skills, equipment and resources needed to support production.
And it's an impressive engineering environment, with cutting-edge CNC equipment and some of the best manufacturing technology on the market.
They want someone who brings energy, develops people, challenges how things are done and isn't afraid to make improvements.
About you
- Relevant engineering degree
- Experience managing 10+ engineering or technical staff
- Strong people leadership and development skills
- Manufacturing/production engineering experience
- Confident managing resources and competing priorities
- Practical problem solver who can drive improvement
Great package and working environment:
- £57,000 – £62,000+
- Monday to Friday
- Lunchtime finish every Friday
