They are looking to appoint a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery, cost control, and commercial performance across Defence schemes based in the South West.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of Defence projects from pre-contract through to final account. You will:
- Assist with cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
- Manage subcontractor packages, valuations, and payments.
- Support change control, variations, and cost recovery.
- Work closely with project teams to manage risk and maximise value.
- Ensure compliance with contract and commercial procedures.

About You
