Role Requirements:

Management and development of strategic national accounts through establishing high wide and deep relationships across all aspects of the customer stakeholder matrix.

Engaging with; Sales, Marketing, Supply chain & Procurement associates.

Focus on business retention, profitability management, organic product portfolio growth and gaining of new business lines/customers.

Customer portfolio management £3-5m+ with budgeted growth targets.

Key skill sets:

  • Customer service focused, forthright, trustworthy & credible.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Effective networker across customer stakeholder matrices.
  • Understand and develop customer value propositions to align intercompany objectives.
  • Organised & proficient with technology, including Microsoft suite, particular focus with Excel.
  • Deliver action-orientated data insights through analysis.
  • Financial acumen relative to role.
  • CRM updates, sales reporting & project management – good with deadlines and internal/external resource collaboration.
  • Driving license and willingness to travel with flexible working hours.
  • Focused on company objectives to deliver budgets and drive operational efficiencies for improved account performance.
  • Contribution to customer budget setting with market intelligence backed insights.

Experience:

  • Travel within national or regional sales roles
  • Commercial contracts negotiation
  • Management of product launches/bespoke branding project delivery
  • Sales within disposable foodservice packaging industry preferable

Location – Flexible

  • Willing and able to travel for regional customer engagements.
  • Hybrid home-office based role with monthly/as required visits to greater London based HQ.

Package – Flexible upon experience

  • £50-£60k OTE
