The Role
Role Purpose: As TMS Administrator you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails and training enquiries in a timely manner
- Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third‑party training providers
- Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s)
- Providing world class customer care at all times
- Assist with weekly reports to client and third parties
- Assist with weekly system updates

We offer semi‑flexible working hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
