3t is currently looking to recruit a Training Management Services (TMS) Team Lead on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK.

The Role
Role Purpose: As TMS Team Lead you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix. You will manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage team rota
- Be the day‑to‑day focal point for Client queries and bookings
- Think innovatively and make decisions to assist the Account Manager
- Maintain, recommend change and develop procedures for allocated contracts
- Lead contract team; develop staff through appraisals and succession planning
- Identify areas for improvement to bring added value
- Support the Account Manager to achieve department strategic development and successful growth
- Attend and lead Client meetings when required
- Hold regular meetings with the team/relevant internal staff
- Review client’s 3rd party training spend on a regular basis to monitor trends
- Ensure contract KPI’s are being met, POs are in place and are monitored
- Monitor TMS revenue in comparison to resources that are deployed
- Monitor contract team transactional workload and corrections reports on a weekly basis and address where required
- Provide contract team with required look‑ahead reports and ensure these are completed
- Provide Client with required non‑responder / compliance / gap reports at agreed frequency
- Develop relationships with all Client focal points
- Provide Client Account Manager with regular updates
- Issue process updates to team and ensure training is offered if required
- Verify that data within Client / Internal LMS is fully populated and accurate
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the head of TMS

We offer semi‑flexible working hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
