The Role
The role involves delivering high-quality welding training programs to students, apprentices, and employees, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations while fostering a positive learning environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct theoretical and practical welding training sessions.
- Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests and assessments.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment for training.
- Track and document trainees’ progress and attendance.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote company values of integrity, respect, and excellence among trainees.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Certified Welder with recognized certification.
- At least 5 years of welding experience across all processes (MAG, TIG, MMA, FCAW).

- Understanding of welding safety standards and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and equipment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with trainers and staff.
