The Role

The role involves delivering high-quality welding training programs to students, apprentices, and employees, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations while fostering a positive learning environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct theoretical and practical welding training sessions.
  • Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests and assessments.
  • Set up and maintain welding equipment for training.
  • Track and document trainees’ progress and attendance.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training environment.
  • Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Promote company values of integrity, respect, and excellence among trainees.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Certified Welder with recognized certification.

  • Understanding of welding safety standards and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, records, and equipment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with trainers and staff.
