3t is currently looking to recruit a Clinic Coordinator on a permanent contract in North Shields, England.

Salary and Benefits Package

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The normal working hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role

Scope: To support the day to day running of the busy medical clinic within 3t's Training Centre.

The Clinic Co-ordinator will provide professional and reliable health screening services to delegates while managing the clinic's administrative functions, ensuring an efficient, high quality service is delivered at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • To receive visitors at the Medical Suite and ensure the correct paperwork is prepared and issued
  • Carry out medical screenings, in accordance with OEUK guidelines and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with GDPR and company procedures.
  • Input and process learner data and certification accurately within company systems in line with internal KPIs.
  • Scan, file and securely manage medical documentation.
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained and calibrated in accordance with clinical procedures.
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control procedures at all times.
  • Maintain clinical rooms to an appropriate standard for patient care.
  • Monitor clinical stock levels and notify the Medical Operations Manager of replenishment requirements.
  • Assist in the management of the daily clinic schedule, including appointment booking, triage and ensuring efficient patient flow.
  • Provide cover for the Clinic Manager during periods of absence, taking responsibility for the day to day operation of the clinic.
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the role, as reasonably requested by management.

  • Experience working within an occupational health, healthcare or clinical environment.
  • Knowledge of occupational health policies and procedures.

  • Experience undertaking health screening within an occupational health setting.
  • Qualified Collection Officer, or willingness to undertake training.
  • Experience conducting Chester Step Tests for GWO and/or OEUK medicals.
  • Knowledge of the offshore energy industry and associated medical standards.
