As TMS Team Lead you will:
- Facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.
- Manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification.
- Manage team rota.
- Think innovatively and make decisions to assist the Account Manager.
- Lead contract team; develop staff through appraisals and succession planning.
- Support the Account Manager to achieve department strategic development and successful growth.
- Review client’s 3rd party training spend on a regular basis to monitor trends.
- Provide contract team with required look-ahead reports and ensure these are completed.
- Provide Client Account Manager with regular updates.
- Issue process updates to team and ensure training is offered if required.
- Verify that data within Client / Internal LMS is fully populated and accurate.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Quality (including Audits).
- Customer service experience.
- Sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry as an advantage.
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
- Software system experience as an advantage.
We offer semi‑flexible working hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
