As TMS Team Lead you will:

  • Facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.
  • Manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification.
  • Manage team rota.
  • Think innovatively and make decisions to assist the Account Manager.
  • Lead contract team; develop staff through appraisals and succession planning.
  • Support the Account Manager to achieve department strategic development and successful growth.
  • Review client’s 3rd party training spend on a regular basis to monitor trends.
  • Provide contract team with required look-ahead reports and ensure these are completed.
  • Provide Client Account Manager with regular updates.
  • Issue process updates to team and ensure training is offered if required.
  • Verify that data within Client / Internal LMS is fully populated and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Quality (including Audits).
  • Customer service experience.
  • Sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry as an advantage.
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office).
  • Software system experience as an advantage.

We offer semi‑flexible working hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
