3t Managed Services is the leading provider of global training and competency management services with many of the world’s leading Oil and Gas, Renewables and Public Sector organisations. We deliver impactful solutions to our clients that drive compliance and safety.
As TMS Team Lead you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix. You will manage all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification.
- Manage team rota
- Think innovatively and make decisions to assist the Account Manager
- Lead contract team; develop staff through appraisals and succession planning
- Support the Account Manager to achieve department strategic development and successful growth
- Review client’s 3rd party training spend on a regular basis to monitor trends
- Provide contract team with required look-ahead reports and ensure these are completed
- Provide Client Account Manager with regular updates
- Issue process updates to team and ensure training is offered if required
- Verify that data within Client / Internal LMS is fully populated and accurate
Knowledge of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, Quality (including Audits)
Customer service experience
Sound knowledge of the Oil & Gas Industry as an advantage
Excellent IT skills (MS Office)
Software system experience as an advantage
We offer semi‑flexible working hours, with shifts available between 7:30am and 6:00pm (Monday–Friday), including a 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
