The Role
- The successful candidate will act as line manager for Utilities Trainers, provide technical and training leadership, and represent UCT, ensuring the operational running of the Manchester facility.
- Ensure compliance of the Utilities Practical area with UCT Health and Safety policies.
- Provide advice, assistance, and support to Utilities trainers and assessors.
- Collaborate with IQA on specialized utilities distribution updates.
- Assist in implementing new internal quality assurance procedures.
- Support training course scheduling and planning.
- Mentor new Utilities training staff during their probation period.
- Deliver Utilities training courses offered by UCT.
- Maintain excellent industry knowledge.
- Lead the Utilities team with a positive attitude, promoting high performance.
- Represent UCT as an industry expert on qualification initiatives.
