Salary And Benefits Package

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The standard working pattern will be 7:30am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role

To operate the onsite cranes and plant in line with provided lift plans, associated briefs and as instructed by learners and staff. Carry out day‑to‑day checks and light maintenance on the company’s cranes. Carry out maintenance around the facility, including general housekeeping, grass cutting, painting, etc.

Essential Criteria

This role would be ideal for either an experienced Crane Operator with appropriate qualifications or a candidate with plant experience looking to expand into crane operations. Minimum experience is required with some exposure to previous crane operating is ideal. The Company will put you through all the relevant training to operate our inhouse cranes and forklift.

  • Well‑developed communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with a wide variety of people (e.g., staff, clients, delegates).
