3t is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Analyst on a permanent contract, located in Aberdeen or North Shields, UK.

The Role
The Business Development Analyst role is an important function within the global Business Development team, supporting the pursuit of sales with our local and international client base. You will be responsible for supporting Senior Leadership and the wider global Business Development team to achieve their objectives by providing a proactive and efficient analysis and support function.
Working closely with the Vice President – Global Sales, you will provide a supporting role in the coordination and management of the BD function, including; managing CRM platform, writing PowerBI reports, supporting collation of customer bids and tenders, coordinating proposals, researching, and providing analytics on global sales campaigns and providing reactive support to the wider BD team as and when required.
This exciting role is an entry level role into the Business Development function and gives a clear career progression route through 3t Group in a sales capacity. You will receive relevant coaching and direction in support of your development in this role.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide support to the efficient management of the global BD function by reviewing and maintaining Business Development procedures.
- Development and maintenance of Sales reports within Microsoft PowerBI or other business analytics tools as required.
- Administer and maintain the 3t CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics.
- Support collation and development of customer proposals at the direction of the VP – Global Sales and/or other Global Business Development resources.
- Write sales materials, presentations and documents as directed by the VP – Global Sales.
- Write sales procedures and associated documents to support sales function performance.
- Support global BD colleagues with their tendering and bid activity.
- Research new markets and customers to achieve strategic initiatives as directed by the VP – Global Sales.
- Maintain key sales literature incorporating changes and additions to keep it relevant and fit for purpose, working alongside Marketing function.
- Coordinate internal sales events and meetings.
- Review and report on KPIs from CRM and other management tools.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by the VP – Global Sales.
