3t is currently looking to recruit a Training Management Services (TMS) Administrator on a permanent contract located in Aberdeen, Montrose or Newcastle, UK.

The Role
Role Purpose: As TMS Administrator you will facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of TMS client workforce in conjunction with the training matrix.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements of TMS client employees including course bookings, scheduling training, obtaining and issuing certification.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails and training enquiries in a timely manner.
- Proactively speaking with designated client(s), delegates and third-party training providers.
- Building strong working relationships with your designated client(s).
- Providing world class customer care at all times.
- Assisting with weekly reports to client and third parties.
- Assisting with weekly system updates.
