3t is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Director (UK) on a permanent contract in the UK. This role can be based at any of our UK training centres and will involve significant UK travel.

As a Business Development Director at 3t Training Services UK, you will be responsible for:
- The global expansion of managed services and workforce development.
- Leading from the front with a proactive, hands-on approach, generating leads, building relationships, and positioning 3t as a trusted partner in workforce development.
- Delivering and exceeding regional sales targets, contributing directly to the Group’s growth and profitability.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to penetrate key markets and sectors.
- Generating and qualifying leads through targeted outreach and strategic networking.
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and positioning.
- Contributing to the development of sales enablement materials including case studies, technical documentation, and pitch decks.
- Championing a high-performance sales culture, putting client needs at the heart of every engagement.
This role will require significant travel across regions to engage with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within technical or training-related sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a focus on win-win outcomes.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel internationally and engage directly with clients.
