Join Our Growing Team as a Digital Ads Expert!

Were looking for a Digital Ads Expert to join our fast-paced, performance-driven team. In this hybrid role, youll leverage your expertise across PPC , Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) , and TikTok Ads to manage and optimize campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and maximize ROI. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your multi-platform skills and work on exciting campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaigns: Develop, launch, and manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns focused on lead generation. Optimize ad performance through continuous A/B testing and refine strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Meta Ads: Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, conducting A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and copy. Work closely with the creative team to design high-converting visuals and stay updated on Metas algorithm changes.
  • TikTok Ads: Manage TikTok ad campaigns, utilizing short-form video content to drive engagement and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, and messaging, and collaborate with influencers to boost ad effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance data across all platforms and adjust strategies in real time to maximize CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ad campaigns with overall business objectives and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing PPC , Meta Ads , and TikTok Ads campaigns at scale.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, conversion funnels, and lead generation strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Ability to manage large budgets efficiently and drive significant ROI across all platforms.
