We're looking for two driven, people-focused Sales Apprentices to join our growing team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a career in sales while making a real difference to young people's futures.
You'll play a key role in driving new apprenticeship sales across our Adult Care and Early Years apprenticeship programmes. Working closely with the wider team, you'll help young people secure life-changing apprenticeship opportunities by connecting them with the right employers.
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively contacting Care and Early Years organisations to build new business relationships
- Generating and converting new apprenticeship sales opportunities
- Supporting young people through the process of securing an apprenticeship placement
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of employer partners
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Completing your own Sales apprenticeship alongside the role, developing your skills in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing business
- Representing 3Spirit's values and reputation in every interaction

This role is designed as a launchpad. On successful completion of your first year and your apprenticeship, you'll progress into a Partnership Manager position at 3Spirit — a permanent role with even greater scope to build and manage your own portfolio of employer relationships.
