This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £28,606 per annum. Join our clients dedicated team and contribute to the production of high-quality food products while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Maintain the cleanliness of their mill equipment and facilities to the highest standards RESPONSIBILITIES: * Perform cleaning and hygiene duties according to cleaning schedules, cleaning procedures and / or as otherwise advised. * Operate in a safe manner, isolating and locking off equipment as required * Perform cleaning and hygiene duties according to schedules and procedures * Identify and report any pest or proofing issues that may result in the immediate (or otherwise) ingress of insects or other pests into the product * Identify and report any safety, quality, engineering, or hygiene issues to your superiors * Safely dismantle, store, and reassemble equipment as directed * Handle approved chemicals in a safe manner, minimizing splashing and inadvertent contact QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience in a similar food-related role * Level 2 Food Safety / HACCP training * COSHH training
