A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused Aftersales Advisor to join a well established and successful automotive dealership in Gravesend. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills looking to start or develop a career within the motor industry. Previous automotive experience is welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The Role
- As the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by:
- Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing and repairs
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle
- Advising on any additional work required
- Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
- Identifying opportunities to promote additional products and services
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisation and administration abilities
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- A full UK driving licence
- Automotive aftersales experience is beneficial but not essential
What's on Offer
£30,620 basic salary with OTE of £33,500.
