We are recruiting for a Warehouse Op / FLT Operative to join our global client's busy warehouse team in Bedford. This is a hands-on role combining forklift duties with wider warehouse responsibilities to ensure goods are moved, stored, loaded, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently throughout the shift
  • Load and unload vehicles, ensuring products are handled carefully and accurately
  • Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including moving, storing, and organising stock
  • Pick, wrap, label, and prepare pallets for dispatch in line with company and customer requirements
  • Maintain accurate stock traceability using warehouse scanning systems
  • Ensure goods are stored correctly and safely within warehouse locations
  • Carry out general warehouse housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Follow packaging specifications, delivery codes, and labelling requirements accurately

What We're Looking For

  • A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
  • Previous warehouse experience, including loading and unloading vehicles
