The Opportunity
3Sixty Talent Management is recruiting on behalf of an established client within the commercial construction sector for an experienced Pre-Construction Estimator to join their team in Bedford.
Our client delivers a wide range of projects across commercial construction, building services, fit-out, refurbishment, commercial interiors and electrical contracting.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator who enjoys being involved from the early stages of a project, working closely with clients, subcontractors and suppliers to produce accurate and competitive tenders.
The successful candidate will play an important role in the pre-construction process, helping to ensure projects are accurately costed, commercially viable and ready for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and competitive tender submissions for commercial construction projects valued up to £250,000.
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications and other project documentation.
- Complete detailed material and labour take-offs to establish accurate project costs.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations. xgikmsk
