We are recruiting on behalf of a successful global company for an experienced Building Maintenance / Site Maintenance Operative to join their site engineering team on a permanent basis.
This is a hands-on role involving planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Duties
Requirements
- City & Guilds or equivalent in Building Maintenance / Construction
- Previous building maintenance or construction experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Good understanding of Health & Safety best practices
- Ability to work at height and carry out physical duties
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
