Production Administration Opportunity

Barton-le-Clay, Bedfordshire

An exciting opportunity has become available for anAdministratorto join a well-established and growing specialist automotive business that works closely with Emergency Services and Government Agencies across the UK.

This role offers excellent exposure to administration, logistics, planning and customer service within a fast-paced production environment.

The Role

You will support the Production Office with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:

  • Logistics and vehicle scheduling
  • Production planning support
  • Customer communication via telephone and email
  • Liaising with production staff and other departments
  • Procurement and purchasing administration
  • Managing aftersales activities
  • Booking vehicles on and off site
  • General administrative duties
  • Using Microsoft Office and bespoke business systems (full training provided)
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Well organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Previous administration experinece
  • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
  • Professional and friendly on the telephone
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • Eager to learn and develop new skills
Working Hours

Monday Thursday: 9:00am 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am 4:00pm

37.5 hours per week
