Vehicle Valeter / Yard Operative Salary: £26,520 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am4pm, Friday 7am1pm We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Valeter / Yard Operative to join a busy and well-established business based in Barton-le-Clay. You will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable and ready for delivery, as well as supporting the day-to-day running of the yard. Preparing vehicles for customer delivery Booking vehicles out when they are ready for delivery Moving vehicles safely around the yard Collecting parts from local suppliers when required Keeping the workshop and yard clean, tidy and organised Carrying out general yard and vehicle preparation duties Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE Previous experience in vehicle valeting, vehicle preparation, yard work, logistics or a similar hands-on environment would be beneficial, but the right attitude and work ethic are equally important.
