The Role As Used Car Sales Manager, you will: Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Executives. Drive used vehicle sales performance and departmental profitability. Manage stock performance and customer retention. Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing mentoring and support. Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Controller within the motor trade. A strong background in premium or luxury automotive brands. A proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability. Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills. Strong commercial awareness and a customer-first approach.
