This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter to join a highly skilled manufacturing team, working with modern machinery on a wide range of precision engineering projects. You will be producing high-quality, one-off and low-volume components for customers across the aerospace, automotive, and engineering sectors.

The Role
As a CNC Programmer / Setter, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Doosan machining centres, producing precision components and one-off press tools to exact customer specifications.
Your Responsibilities
- Programming CNC machining centres from scratch and existing programs
- Setting and operating Doosan machining centres
- Carrying out first-off inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Optimising tooling and cutter paths to improve cycle times and efficiency
- Manufacturing precision one-off press tools for in-house production
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
What We're Looking For
We are looking for an experienced CNC professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for precision engineering. Ideally, you will have:
- Proven experience in CNC milling and programming (essential)
- Experience setting and operating CNC machining centres
- Ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience using CAD/CAM software
- Knowledge of Delcam or SpaceClaim would be an advantage (training available)
- Ability to carry out manual handling duties where required
