The Role
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in the production process, ensuring machinery operates efficiently while supporting warehouse and production activities. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering high-quality products safely and on time.
Your Responsibilities
- Operating and monitoring production machinery
- Loading and unloading materials safely
- Handling heavy materials in line with health & safety procedures
- Organising and storing stock within the warehouse
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Supporting colleagues across production and warehouse operations when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous machine operating experience
- Warehouse experience is an advantage
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Driving licence preferred, but not essential
