About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and organised Administrator to join our New Homes team in our Bicester office. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of administration experience who enjoys working as part of a team and speaking with clients. Experience within a legal or property environment would be great, but it’s not essential; we are more interested in finding someone with a positive attitude, good organisation skills, and confidence on the phone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the New Homes team with day-to-day administration
- Making sure all paperwork is received, complete, and correctly filed
- Speaking with clients and customers by phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Chasing outstanding items such as ID and documentation from people buying properties
- Preparing and updating reports
- Photocopying, scanning, and managing files
- Helping to keep files and records accurate and up to date
- Supporting the smooth running of the office
What We’re Looking For
- Around 12 years experience in an administrative role
- Confident and comfortable speaking to clients on the phone
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- A friendly, approachable manner and a willingness to help
- Able to manage paperwork and work to deadlines
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
