We are recruiting for a number of Hygiene Operatives across 2 shifts:
- Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
- Wednesday to Sunday 7am - 3pm
Become a Hygiene Operative with our client who is a leading food production company and play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our state-of-the-art facilities. This permanent position offers a competitive salary. Join our client's dedicated team and contribute to the production of high-quality food products while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the cleanliness of mill equipment and facilities to the highest standards.
- Perform cleaning and hygiene duties according to cleaning schedules, cleaning procedures, and/or as otherwise advised.
- Identify and report any pest or proofing issues that may result in the ingress of insects or other pests into the product.
- Identify and report any safety, quality, engineering, or hygiene issues to your superiors.
- Handle approved chemicals in a safe manner.
Experience in a similar food-related role is preferred but not essential. Level 2 Food Safety / HACCP training and COSHH training are also preferred but not essential.
