Our client is a global leader in the maintenance, service & repair to a wide range of engines. With a global footprint in over a dozen countries from the EU to an International stage they are now looking to expand their team with a New Service Co-ordinator to support their operations on a local and European level.
The ideal applicant will have current service coordinator / controller experience scheduling engineers for maintenance, service or repair work.
What's involved for the Service Coordinator…
- Assign work to engineers throughout the UK and EU
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Deal with clients on a daily basis
- Multitask and prioritise jobs accordingly
- Work closely with inventory teams to ensure parts are available
- Ability to recognise patterns in warranty work
- Liaise with travel agents to book engineer flights, hotels and transport
What you'll need…
