Administrator£27,000 + Bonus Full Time, Permanent King's Lynn In a nutshell Our client is a successful and growing business looking to recruit a highly organised Office Administrator to become an integral part of their team.

Supporting multiple departments across office administration, service coordination and project variations, you'll play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly while working closely with colleagues and customers alike.

What's involved for the Administrator Provide comprehensive administrative support across the business and management team.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain office records, filing systems and company documentation.
Support the Service Department through invoice processing and administration.
Provide cover for service desk activities when required, including logging service requests and allocating engineer call-outs.
Assist with the administration and processing of project variations.
Maintain accurate records of variation requests and supporting documentation.
Support departments across the business as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and quality standards.
