Design Engineer Up to £38,500 P.

In nutshell Our client has a strong reputation for delivering bespoke electrical solutions across data centres, healthcare, government, and commercial sectors, working on high-profile projects.

Due to significant growth and expansion, we require an experienced Design Engineer to join their expanding team and take lead of multiple electrical / building services projects throughout the UK and Europe.

What's involved for the Design Engineer * Produce route and layout drawings using Revit and CAD software. * Collaborate closely with the Design Manager and project teams to create detailed drawings of the company's products. * Engage with Revit models and utilize Autodesk Docs for efficient file sharing and project coordination. * Coordinate with internal teams, customers, manufacturing staff, and installation contractors to ensure smooth project execution. * Conduct occasional on-site surveys to support design and installation planning. * Work alongside the Engineering Department to deliver customer-focused solutions from project initiation through to completion. * Comprehensive product training will be provided to support the successful candidate's development.

What you'll need * Proficiency in Auto CAD is essential; experience with Inventor and Revit is a strong advantage. * Familiarity with electrical systems or building services is beneficial. * Capable of interpreting and understanding technical and engineering drawings. * Competent in the use of standard IT tools and software. * Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Skilled at managing multiple projects concurrently and meeting tight deadlines.
