MUST be currently UK-based, preferably in the Southwest of England. Seeking a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join a small established fast-paced, dynamic, and forward-thinking GIS solutions provider going through an exciting time of expansion.

The successful candidate will be a well-rounded individual with proven experience in varied admin and marketing tasks managing all digital and social media presence. The applicant will be expected to provide customer support, answering phone calls, liaising with clients, documentation, and general office tasks as required within a small company. Position will be office based in Okehampton, Devon EX20.

Essential Skills:
  • 3+ Industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
  • Good organisational skills and time management.
  • High level of communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Produce professional, style-consistent graphic design and written content for a variety of digital platforms, including our websites and social media channels.
  • Continue to develop and populate company website.
  • Create engaging written content for our website, social media platforms and for any promotional activities and PR opportunities.
  • Execute marketing expertise using industry-relevant software: including Adobe and Canva, for both digital and print-based media.
  • Manage online product portals and calendars.
  • Take a pro-active approach and problem solve.
  • Answer and direct calls appropriately with a professional manner.
  • Video editing.
  • Knowledge of Web & Social Media Analytics.

Ability to commute/relocate Okehampton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
