GTM Recruitment- Soho- agency recruitment- hybrid 3 days a week in London. We need a Senior/Principal Consultant to join our GTM team, focusing on sales roles in high-growth tech businesses. This is a warm desk, with the market fully mapped, case studies of our success, and a decent chunk of incoming work. Open to experience, but something in the commercial world would naturally be ideal.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
  • Consistently developing existing relationships with clients.
  • Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
  • Managing complex negotiations.
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets.

  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
