We’re partnering with a fast-growing, fully remote digital agency that sits at the intersection of performance marketing and creative. They’re looking for a Senior Social Creative to take ideas from concept through to fully executed paid social campaigns, blending strong design craft with performance thinking across both static and video. This is an opportunity to join a small but high-performing creative team, working closely with senior leadership to shape and deliver work that goes live quickly, performs at scale, and genuinely raises the bar.
What they need:
- Someone who can take a creative idea and turn it into a full suite of paid social assets, from concept through to rollout.
- A creative who is hands-on in production, designing static ads, directing video, and occasionally shooting/editing content when needed.
- Someone comfortable working with internal teams to define what content is needed across the funnel and then managing the execution of the briefs from shoot to delivery.
- A paid ad native who understands how creative performs in paid social, particularly within Meta.
- Someone who thrives in a high-autonomy, agile team, taking ownership without heavy oversight.
