An ambitious and fast-growing creative agency is scaling its talent offering and is now seeking a commercially driven Talent Manager to help shape the next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage, build something meaningful from the ground up, and work closely with founders who value initiative, ownership and big ideas. You’ll have real influence over talent strategy, partnerships and IP development, with the freedom to create long-term value for both creators and the agency.
The Talent Manager will take full ownership of building and developing a UK-based creator roster, driving commercial success while helping talent grow sustainable, multi-channel careers.
Role Highlights- Build and scale a high-quality roster of UK content creators from scratch
- Source, pitch, negotiate and close brand partnerships end-to-end
- Manage day-to-day talent relationships, career planning and delivery
- Develop IP-led projects such as podcasts, live events, products and publishing
- Contribute to wider agency growth, new business and strategic direction
- Proven experience in creator or influencer talent management
- Strong track record closing commercial brand partnerships
- Experience building long-term IP or projects with talent
- An established network across creators, brands and media agencies
- An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building processes from zero
- £35k–£45k base salary plus commission, depending on experience
