Our client is a fast-growing consumer brand entering a major scale-up phase and doubling down on advocacy as its most powerful growth engine. With a substantial annual budget already delivering strong acquisition results, they’re now investing in a brand-new senior hire to elevate performance, professionalise influencer operations, and expand into new paid/organic creator channels.

You’ll join a collaborative, data-literate marketing organisation where creativity is valued as highly as measurable commercial impact. This Growth Influencer Lead role sits at the intersection of brand, growth, data and social, giving you the autonomy to build a best-in-class performance-influencer function from the ground up.

The Growth Influencer Lead will drive a high-impact programme that strengthens acquisition, optimises spend and scales into new channels.

Role Highlights

• Oversee and optimise a seven-figure influencer budget with clear CAC and LTV accountability
• Build strategic frameworks across paid, organic, creator partnerships and amplification
• Identify new opportunities across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and emerging creator ecosystems
• Translate complex performance data into commercial decisions that guide budget allocation
• Lead and develop in-house Influencer Marketing Managers alongside agency partners

You Will Need

• Proven success scaling performance-led influencer programmes that directly drive sales
• Strong background across paid creator activity, especially Meta, TikTok and IG
• Ability to extract meaningful insight from data and communicate recommendations clearly
• Experience working in a high-growth environment or smaller brand where you “get on and do it”
• A growth mindset with the confidence to shape strategy, refine processes and challenge thinking
