With a diverse suite of web platforms, content products and a rapidly evolving mobile app, they're looking for a UX specialist who can bring research, insight and product thinking to the forefront of decision making.

Working closely with Product, Marketing, Design and Engineering teams, you'll help shape the future direction of multiple digital products whilst building a more mature, data-informed UX culture. This role offers genuine influence, with the opportunity to improve how UX is embedded across the business and help drive strategic decisions through research and insight.

What They Need
  • Someone who can lead and execute end-to-end UX research programmes, uncovering user needs through interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, surveys and behavioural analysis, then translating findings into meaningful product improvements.
  • Someone comfortable balancing strategic UX thinking with hands-on delivery, working across a mix of conversion-focused websites, content platforms and a growing mobile application.
  • A UX professional who can confidently use research, analytics and experimentation to justify design decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities and is comfortable working within commercially driven teams where requirements can evolve quickly.
  • A mentor and advocate for UX who can help elevate capability within the wider design team, introducing best practice, coaching colleagues and helping establish more mature UX processes.
  • A UX specialist with Web and App exposure in another B2B environment (think large scale, global organisations).
What You're Great At
  • Planning and conducting a broad range of UX research activities, including user interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis, journey mapping and discovery work, with a proven ability to synthesise findings into actionable recommendations that influence product direction.
  • Using data and behavioural insights to inform decision making, with strong experience of tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, heatmaps, session recordings, funnel analysis and A/B testing to identify opportunities, validate assumptions and measure success.
  • Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and interaction models that solve complex user problems, whilst balancing user needs, business objectives and technical constraints across both web and app experiences.
  • Collaborating effectively with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, Marketing teams and senior stakeholders, confidently presenting research findings, defending UX recommendations and building alignment around a shared vision.
  • Bringing strong product thinking and commercial awareness to your work, understanding how user experience impacts engagement, conversion, retention and overall business performance, whilst helping to shape scalable UX processes and ways of working.
  • Any UI experience very welcome as this could become a full-stack product design opportunity in the future. Right now the focus is on UX - research, testing, and optimisation.
  • Bringing your B2B UX design capability to another global business to help establish and elevate their user experience best practice.
What You'll Get
  • Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days per week in the London office.
