We're looking for someone whose foundation is in Paid Social and performance marketing, with experience using creative testing, platform insights and commercial data to improve campaign performance.
You'll work alongside creative specialists, production teams and senior stakeholders to shape high-performing campaigns while mentoring and developing a growing team.
About the Role
- Lead Paid Social and Creative Performance strategy across a portfolio of high-profile retail and e Commerce clients.
- Turn campaign performance data into creative insights, testing roadmaps and scalable growth strategies.
- Develop winning creative concepts alongside production teams, ensuring every campaign is backed by performance data rather than opinion.
- Build trusted client relationships, leading strategic workshops, performance reviews and commercial conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of Social & Creative specialists while helping shape the future direction of the department.
About You
- Experience in Paid Social, Performance Marketing or Performance Creative.
- Agency background or in-house experience at an Ecommerce brand.
- Strong understanding of Meta and the wider Paid Social ecosystem, with experience using creative testing to drive performance.
- Experience leading client relationships and confidently presenting strategic recommendations.
- People management experience with the ability to inspire, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
